ILOILO CITY — Parts of Western Visayas are set to endure dangerously high heat index levels this weekend, with some areas forecast to reach as high as 47°C, according to the latest data from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
