MANILA, Philippines—Barangay Ginebra turned back Blackwater, 115-108, in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup at Smart Araneta Coliseum on Friday night. The Gin Kings hiked their winning streak to four to improve to a 6-2 card, sufficient for a two-way tie with NLEX for second place in the standings.
