Seventy-three opposition members have submitted a new notice to remove Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. This is their second attempt after a previous one was rejected. The notice lists nine charges including partisan conduct and electoral fraud. The move comes ahead of the West Bengal election results.
