TACLOBAN CITY — The provincial government of Samar is positioning the Pinabacdao Mangrove Safari as a key emerging eco-tourism destination following an on-site inspection by provincial and local officials. Governor Sharee Ann Tan and Mayor Via Mabag visited on Thursday the site to assess its potential as part of the province’s expanding tourism portfolio.
