Father shot dead, daughter wounded inside Talisay City comp shop

LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — A father was shot dead and his daughter injured by an unidentified gunman inside a computer shop in Barangay Jaclupan, Talisay City, Cebu, on Friday evening, April 24. Police identified the victim as Ritchard Silva De Lima, 50, a resident of Purok Kawayan, Sitio Tabok Sapa, Barangay Jaclupan.
