The Miura-Kihara duo, who earned Japan’s first gold medal in pairs figure skating, and Momoka Okamura, who won two silvers in para alpine skiing sitting events, were among the participants. The parade, the first of its kind for a Winter Games, took place over a 700-meter section of a boulevard in the district and was watched by about 50,000 people.
