MANILA, Philippines—NLEX had reason to celebrate after a 95-85 win over Terrafirma in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup on Saturday at Ninoy Aquino Stadium. For one, the Road Warriors clinched a quarterfinals berth with a 7-2 record. They also briefly seized solo second place, overtaking Barangay Ginebra, which holds a 6-2 slate.
