Rs 4 lakh scattered on Meerut-Karnal Highway, police trace owner and return cash

Police in Shamli district have returned Rs 4 lakh in cash to its owner, Shubham. The money was found scattered on the Meerut-Karnal highway. Shubham claimed the cash fell from his motorcycle while he was returning home from Haryana. The police verified his ownership and handed over the recovered amount.
