"UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed India's National Security Adviser, Ajit Doval, in Abu Dhabi on Sunday to discuss the latest developments in the Middle East. Footage shows the two leaders discussing, with both UAE and Indian delegates in attendance. "The meeting also addressed developments in the Middle East and their serious implications for regional and international security and stability, as well as global energy security," the Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported. "Doval conveyed to His Highness the greetings of His Excellency Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, and his wishes for the UAE's continued progress and prosperity. His Highness asked him to convey his greetings to His Excellency Modi, along with his wishes for further development and prosperity for India and its people," the agency added. Doval's visit is part of a broader diplomatic outreach to the Gulf region, including a prior stop in Saudi Arabia this month amid rising geopolitical risks stemming from the US-Israel and Iran conflict."
