MANILA, Philippines — A hot and humid weather with chances of isolated rain showers is expected to prevail across the country on Monday, April 27, due to the continuous effects of easterlies, according to the state weather bureau. In its morning forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the easterlies, or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean, will bring hot and humid weather to major parts of the country from noon to afternoon.
