MANILA, Philippines — The complaint from lawyer Manases Carpio on the alleged violation of bank secrecy laws allegedly committed during the impeachment hearings of his wife, Vice President Sara Duterte, is only meant to cause confusion, Bicol Saro party-list Rep.
