Diesel prices slash by nearly P13/liter starting April 28

CEBU CITY, Philippines — Diesel prices will further drop starting Tuesday, April 28, 2026, as fuel firms implement the fourth straight week of price rollbacks, regulators announced. The Department of Energy confirmed that the latest adjustments will take effect from April 28 to May 4, 2026, with diesel and kerosene posting the biggest cuts, while gasoline products will see a modest increase.
