What are lie-flat seats? Air Canada gears up for big upgrade with new single-aisle aircrafts

Air Canada is all set to bring lie-flat seats to smaller planes. This is a first for any Canadian airline. Passengers will experience a wide-body feel on single-aisle jets. These new aircraft will offer 14 lie-flat seats in Signature Class. The planes are set to fly longer routes, including across the Atlantic.
