MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) is now coordinating with government agencies concerned for better crowd management at the rollout for subsidies for the transport sector. “Our priority is the safety and security of our kababayan and we want to prevent any tension among our beneficiaries and those who are distributing the ayuda,” PNP Chief Gen.
