SC pushes mediation in Sunjay Kapur family estate dispute

The Supreme Court has urged Rani Kapur and Priya Kapur to resolve their dispute over the RK Family Trust through mediation. The court advised the 80-year-old Rani Kapur that prolonged litigation is unproductive. The trust holds a stake in Sona Comstar, a key company of the Sona Group.
