Search ends at Bacliff property connected to “Texas Killing Fields” suspect

The search for human remains on a property in Bacliff ended on Friday, according to officials with the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office. The search was triggered by the recent indictment of James Elmore, Jr. on charges related to the murders of Laura Miller and Audrey Cook.
