LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Cebuanos can expect cloudy skies with rainshowers and thunderstorms on Tuesday, April 28, the state weather bureau reported. In its daily outlook, the Visayas Pagasa Regional Services Division (PRSD) said the rainy weather was caused by the prevailing easterlies, which would also bring warm and humid conditions in the country.
