TACLOBAN CITY — Students of Eastern Samar State University (ESSU) are set to gain access to paid international training opportunities after the university forged a landmark partnership with Bixter Academy, marking the first such agreement in the Visayas region. The collaboration, formalized through a memorandum of agreement signed on Monday, allows ESSU students—particularly those in agriculture and allied programs—to participate in structured internship placements abroad that combine classroom learning with hands-on industry exposure.
