IHC questions CII authority, reserves verdict on scope of powers

ISLAMABAD - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday reserved its judgment on the scope of powers of the Council of Islamic Ideological (CII), observing that the Council appears to have exceeded its legal mandate by issuing opinions on its own.
