A Ukrainian drone attack Tuesday killed three people in the Russian border region of Belgorod, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.“Three civilians were killed following drone attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces,” he wrote on Telegram, adding that three others were wounded.
