A Korean research team reported Monday that individuals who drank coffee three times daily showed greater muscle mass than those who consumed it less than once a day. However, researchers cautioned that the study does not prove coffee directly changes body composition. Led by Park Sang-min of Seoul National University College of Medicine, the team analyzed data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey gathered between 2008 and 2011, according to the university.
