MANILA, Philippines – The first repatriation flight out of Israel since it closed its airspace is scheduled to arrive in Manila on Thursday, the Philippine Embassy in Tel Aviv said. According to the embassy, the flight departing from Ben Gurion International Airport carries 12 overseas Filipino workers. “Twelve (12) more Filipino nationals were successfully repatriated by the Embassy’s DMW-OWWA (Department of Migrant Workers – Overseas Workers Welfare Administration) Team, this time departing Israel via Ben Gurion International Airport,” the embassy said in a statement on Wednesday.
