CEBU CITY, Philippines — A Cebuano examinee secured a spot among the topnotchers in the April 2026 Master Electricians Licensure Examination (RMELE). Jaun Carlo Bargamento Magbago, a Toledo City resident, ranked fifth with a rating of 85.50 percent. He is a graduate of the Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise (CITE) Technical Institute, Inc. Meanwhile, Adrian Buenaobra Baconawa of Southern Luzon State University–Lucban topped the examination with a rating of 89 percent.
