Vilma Santos tells fans, constituents not to worry amid Leviste claims

Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto admitted to facing “challenges” amid recent controversies raised by Rep. Leandro Leviste over the alleged non-release of funds worth P200,000 per barangay under the “Bawat Barangay Makikinabang” program.
