MANILA, Philippines – Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro on Thursday said the House of Representatives is prepared to strengthen its legal team, including the possible engagement of seasoned private litigators, if the impeachment case against Vice President Sara Duterte reaches the Senate for trial.
