MANILA, Philippines — Former employees of a bus conglomerate have filed criminal complaints against the company, alleging that they were forced out of their jobs amid an internal family dispute over ownership. In filing three separate counts of grave coercion, the complainants named Olivia Yanson, Leo Rey Yanson, Ginnette Dumancas, as well as other responsible officers of Vallacar Transit, Inc. as respondents to the case.
