MANILA, Philippines — The four remaining seized vehicles of contractor couple Cezarah “Sarah” and Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya remained unsold after failed negotiated offers, the Bureau of Customs (BOC) said on Thursday. The BOC held a negotiated sale on the same day for the four cars and other items across different ports in the country. The vehicles were under the Port of Manila. Revenue Collection Monitoring Group deputy commissioner Arnel Alambra said that two offerors, Bengel Consumer Goods Trading and RMCE Metal Products and Trading Corp, failed to prove eligibility for the proceedings.
