DAGUPAN CITY, PANGASINAN, Philippines — La Union Governor Mario Eduardo Ortega and Vice Governor Eric Sibuma led the distribution of 92 multi-purpose vehicles (MPVs) and two dump trucks during a turnover ceremony held on Thursday to recipient barangays in the province. The turnover was held at the Speaker Pro Tempore Francisco I. Ortega Convention Center in the City of San Fernando.
