Gold price surges by Rs4,400 per tola

ISLAMABAD - The price of gold increased in the local market on Thursday, with 24 karat gold per tola rising by Rs4,400 to settle at Rs483,962 compared to Rs479,562 on the previous trading day, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
