CEBU CITY, Philippines — A road collision involving two traditional public utility jeepneys (TPUJs) was reported at the junction of D. Jakosalem Street and V. Gullas Street in Cebu City at around 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 1, leaving multiple passengers injured. The Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) said ambulances were immediately dispatched to the scene, while Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU) personnel responded to manage the scene and conduct an investigation.
