MANILA, Philippines — A “business rivalry” may have led to the killing of longtime billiards patron and club owner Ceferino “Perry” Mariano, 75, in Quezon City earlier this week, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Friday. “There are some people calling the Quezon City Police District… They are giving information as to Mariano’s business involvement,” PNP spokesperson Brig.
