Ronnie Liang expands free cleft lip, cleft palate operations nationwide

Singer-actor Ronnie Liang is continuing his humanitarian efforts as his “Project Ngiti” now offers free cleft lip and cleft palate operations nationwide, with plans to expand the initiative to include free dialysis services.
