VP Sara impeachment: Overwhelming evidence led to unanimous vote

MANILA – Two lawmakers on Friday dismissed as baseless the claim that the finding of probable cause in the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte was the result of any “pay-off” or political inducement. Deputy Speakers Paolo Ortega V of La Union and Janette Garin of Iloilo said that the House Committee on Justice’s unanimois vote of probable cause was based on overwhelming evidence. “What pay-off?
