Cops in bungled arrest ops in Zamboanga to face admin raps

PAGADIAN CITY — The Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) ALFAD has recommended the filing of administrative cases against police personnel involved in the bungled arrest operation last April 23 in Barangay Sinunuc, Zamboanga City that led to the death of three civilians and the wounding of another. The cases will be filed on top of the criminal charges already lodged against several of them.
