MANILA, Philippines—Johnathan Williams III, a former Best Import of the Conference awardee, made a dominant return for Phoenix in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup. Williams III helped the Fuel Masters squeak past TNT in overtime, 100-97, at Araneta Coliseum on Friday. Phoenix coach Charles Tiu was satisfied after seeing his new import deliver after the departure of James Dickey III.
