PAGADIAN CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, Philippines — Personnel of Police Regional Office 9 (PRO 9) have intensified the campaign against illegal drugs following the arrest of a high-value individual and confiscation of some two kilograms of suspected shabu worth P13.6 million in Barangay Ayala, Zamboanga City, on Thursday morning, April 30.
