Azerbaijani NGOs urge EU leaders to address missing persons and landmine crisis ahed of EPC

A group of Azerbaijani non-governmental organizations has addressed an open letter to Ursula von der Leyen, Antonio Costa, as well as heads of state and government participating in the European Political Community Summit and the EU–Armenia Summit, calling for increased attention to humanitarian issues affecting Azerbaijan.
