MANILA, Philippines — Parts of the Visayas and Mindanao will experience rains while a huge part of Luzon will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Saturday due to easterlies, the state weather bureau said. In the 5 a.m. weather forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration, weather specialist Loriedin de la Cruz-Galicia said that easterlies will continue to prevail over the country. Easterlies are warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.
