Lacson to make privilege speech to update public on flood control probe

MANILA, Philippines — Senate Pro Tempore Panfilo Lacson on Saturday said that he is set to deliver a progress report as a chairperson of the Senate blue ribbon panel on flood control investigations. He will report to the people through a privilege speech on Monday or Tuesday next week.
