Vietnam verifies Thai tourist’s claim of vendor attempting to charge her $3.8 for ice cream

Authorities in the coastal hub of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam said on Saturday they are verifying a complaint by a Thai tourist who claimed a vendor attempted to charge her VND100,000 (US$3.8) for an ice cream.
