Amnesty accuses Ugandan forces of election abuses

Between January 5 and March 21, Amnesty International interviewed families of victims apparently killed by security forces, victims of gunshot injuries, victims of torture and other ill-treatment, victims of arbitrary arrests, eyewitnesses and lawyers of those arbitrarily arrested.
