Scattered rains, daytime heat to persist across Visayas — Pagasa

ILOILO CITY — Intermittent rain showers and continued daytime heat are expected to persist across parts of the Visayas over the next five days, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. In its May 2 to 6 outlook, Pagasa’s Visayas office forecast partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in Iloilo, Capiz, Aklan, Antique, Guimaras, Samar, and Eastern Samar, with daytime temperatures reaching 34°C to 35°C.
