MANILA, Philippines — Dagupan City marked its annual ‘Bangus’ Festival on Thursday, April 30, with a three-kilometer long street party dubbed as “Kalutan ed Dalan” along De Venecia Highway. There, residents and visitors grill ‘bangus’ or milkfish, the city’s top aquaculture product. The street party is the main crowd drawer of the traditional Bangus Festival.
