No Supreme Court order on TMC plea as Election Commission assures counting rules compliance

The Supreme Court has closed a case regarding vote counting supervisors for West Bengal elections. The Election Commission assured the court it will follow its own rules for appointing supervisors. Counting will proceed with a state government nominee present. The Trinamool Congress had challenged the decision to use only central government employees.
