MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — Ashfall from Mayon Volcano has affected at least 39 barangays in Guinobatan, Albay, with roads experiencing near-zero visibility on Saturday night. Clearing operations, including continuous road flushing, are ongoing to remove volcanic ash and ensure the safe and unimpeded flow of vehicles.
