Japan bestows Order of the Rising Sun on 2 former Vietnamese leaders

Japan has conferred the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun, one of its highest honors, on Vietnam’s former Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh and former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, in recognition of their contributions to strengthening bilateral ties.
