TUGUEGARAO—Russian rider Ivan Anisimov took a second straight lap victory after ruling Stage 5 of the MPTC Tour of Luzon that concluded in another mass finish on a hot Sunday afternoon in this city. The LCW UAE Cycle rider was part of a group of 48 cyclists that battled it out for a stage win before a big crowd in front of City Hall here and clocked two hours, 47 minutes and 26 seconds.
