PHA bans temporary amusement rides in parks for Eid ul-Azha

LAHORE - The Punjab Horticulture Authority (PHA) will not allow the installation and operation of temporary mechanical rides, swings, and similar amusement setups in public parks under its jurisdiction during the Eid-ul-Azha holidays, a PHA spokesperson announced on Saturday.
