GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday said government response efforts have helped minimize the effects of ashfall from Mayon Volcano. Citing his conversation with Albay Governor Noel Rosal, Marcos said all needs of the province were immediately addressed following the volcano’s activity, releasing thick ashfall, last Saturday.
