OCD: Over 102,000 people affected by eruption of Mayon Volcano

MANILA, Philippines — A total of 102,406 people across 87 barangays in the Bicol Region have so far been affected by the ongoing eruptive activity of Mayon Volcano as of Monday morning, according to Office of Civil Defense (OCD) deputy spokesperson Diego Mariano.
